Sample Management Policy

Samples for Product Qualification

At ADISENS, product samples are provided to support technical evaluation and qualification before series production. This policy establishes a clear framework for sample requests, payment, qualification feedback, sample use and technical follow-up.

1. Sample Requests

When a customer requests ADISENS product samples for evaluation or qualification, ADISENS will provide a commercial offer specifying the requested product references, quantities, applicable technical information and sample pricing.

2. Payment for Samples

Samples must be paid in full before shipment.

The amount paid for qualification samples may be fully credited against the first series production order, subject to the minimum order quantity or commercial conditions agreed between ADISENS and the customer.

3. Qualification Feedback

Customers receiving samples for qualification agree to provide ADISENS with feedback on the qualification results within 60 days of receiving the samples.

Where applicable, feedback should include test results, identified non-conformities, observed performance and relevant technical comments that may support product or application improvement.

4. Use of Samples

Samples are supplied solely for evaluation and qualification purposes.

They must not be resold to third parties or incorporated into final commercial products without prior written authorization from ADISENS.

5. Technical Support

ADISENS will provide appropriate technical support during the qualification phase to assist customers with product integration, technical questions and evaluation-related issues.
